Последний такой случай имеет место в Волынской области, где в селе Краска община РПЦЗ в честь святого Пророка и Предтечи Иоанна три месяца назад подала документы для регистрации в гособладминистрацию. The last such case takes place in the Volyn region, Ukraine, where in the village of Krask the ROCA community in honor of the Holy Prophet and Forerunner John, three months ago submitted documents for its legal and official registration to the state administration. Уполномоченный по делам религий в Волынской области Гайдук Василий Анатольевич (тел. 0508003323), сторонник Московской патриархии, используя своё служебное положение всячески пытается препятствовать этой регистрации; The Commissioner for Religious Affairs in the Volyn region, Ukraine, Gaiduk Vasily (tel. 0508003323), a supporter of the Moscow Patriarchate, is using his official position to...in every possible way.... to prevent this registration; дважды возвращал Устав, заставляя его «исправлять» по надуманным причинам. ...he twice returned/rejected  the properly submitted Charter, forcing it to be returned and to be  "corrected", for far-fetched reasons. А теперь, когда все условия выполнены и придраться больше не к чему, передал списки общины священнику Московской патриархии Олегу Сандер, который служит в этом селе и который по адресам, переданным ему уполномоченным Гайдук В.А., как в недоброй памяти советские времена взялся обходить дома членов прихода, уговаривая каждого из них выйти из состава общины РПЦЗ.   And now, when all the conditions have been  met and there is nothing more to complain about, he passed/gave  the lists of members of the community, ..... to the local priest of the Moscow Patriarchate, Oleg Sander, who serves in this village and who, just like... in the past unhappy memory of Soviet times, went around personally to the the addresses given to him,  by the authorized Gaiduk VA, to the  houses of members of the parish, trying to persuade  each of them to leave the ROCA community. Московская патриархия, представляя себя гонимой на Украине, продолжает дело советской церкви – путём клеветы и остатков промосковского админресурса пытается препятствовать развитию нашей Церкви, точно также, как она это успешно делала во времена СССР. The Moscow Patriarchate, presenting itself as being persecuted in Ukraine, continues the work of the Soviet church - through slander and the remnants of the pro-Moscow administrative resources, tries to impede the development of our Church, just as it did successfully in the times of the USSR. Это факт, что Московская патриархия продолжает оставаться сегодня – "заповедником коммунистического позавчера" (по определению священника Георгия Эдельштейна). It is a fact that the Moscow Patriarchate continues to be today - a "communist reserve the day before yesterday" (by definition of the priest George Edelstein). Вряд ли этот заповедник нужен Украине. It is unlikely that this 'reserve' is really necessary for Ukraine.
