В женском Свято-Иоанновском монастыре в с.Егоровка под Одессой 2 июля 2018 г. состоялся монастырский праздник в честь свт.
In the women's St. John's Monastery in the village of Egorovka near Odessa, Ukraine July 2, 2018, a monastic celebration was held in honor of Иоанна Шанхайского и Сан-Францисского - святого покровителя монастыря.
of St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco - the patron saint of the monastery.
На праздник приехал игумен Алексий из прихода в гор.
Hegumen Alexy arrived from his parish in the mountains....of ....
Чадыр-Лунга, Молдавия, а также было много паломников и местных прихожан.
Chadyr-Lunga, Moldavia, as well as many pilgrims and local parishioners.
Церковь была празднично украшена цветами, создавая у входящих в нее радостное настроение.
The church was festively decorated with flowers, creating a cheerful mood among its members
.
Всенощная и Литургия прошли в торжественной молитвенной радости.
Vigil and Liturgy were held in solemn prayerful joy.
Было ощущение, что сам святитель Иоанн присутствовал на службах.
There was a feeling that Saint John himself was present at the services.
Праздничную Всенощную отслужил иеромонах Иаков при сослужении игумена Алексия, а Божественную Литургию отслужил игумен Алексий при сослужении иеромонаха Иакова.
Hieromonk Jacob served with the festive All-night Vigil service under the auspices of Hegumen Alexy, and the Divine Liturgy was co-served by Hegumen Alexy with the co-operation of Hieromonk Jacob.
Служба всеми почитаемому и любимому святителю Иоанну Шанхайскому и Сан-Францисскому прошла торжественно и радостно.
All of the services to our all revered and beloved Saint John of Shanghai and San Francisco, were solemn and joyful.
Очень чувствовалось молитвенное настроение всех присутствующих, действительно можно сказать, что единомыслием исповедали Господа в этот праздник в честь свт.
It was deeply felt, the prayerful mood, by of all those present, so that it can be really said, that they unanimously gave praise to the Lord on this holiday in honor of the Holy. Иоанна. St. John.
Хор пел торжественно, с радостью и очень молитвенно всю службу любимому всеми святителю Иоанну Шанхайскому и Сан-Францисскому.
The choir sang solemnly, with joy and very prayerfully, all of the services to our beloved St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco.
После Литургии было пропето "Спаси Христе Боже" матушке игумении Александре с сестрами, а также монахине Иоанне в честь ее именин.
After the Liturgy there was sung "Save O Christ God!" to the Mother Abbess Alexandra and her sisters, and also to the Nun Joanna in honor of her name-day
.
Затем все присутствующие во главе с иконой святителя Иоанна и пением праздничого тропаря проследовали в трапезную, где праздник продолжился за торжественной трапезой.
Then all those present, led by the icon of St. John and while singing the festive troparion, processed to the refectory, where the festal celebration continued with a plentiful common meal for all present.
