Раскольников
совесть не удержала, как многие на это надеялись, и они всё-таки
открыли сборище своей парасинагоги, лицемерно назвав это "Шестым
Всезарубежным
Собором". Собственно, иначе они и не могут его назвать, поскольку
Архиерейского Собора и Синода у них нет, постольку у них не может быть
сколь-нибудь авторитетного собрания. Вот они и вынуждены свою
парасинагогу именовать "Всезарубежным Собором". Если им было
бы нужно, то назвали бы, не постеснялись, и "Вселенским Собором" – а что
делать, обманывать людей им же как-то надо.
Мы
со своей стороны сделали всё, что возможно, чтобы достучаться до их
совести – рассматривали на очередном Синоде, созывали внеочередной
Синод, обсуждали
на Архиерейском Соборе, делали попытки примирения при посредстве наших
греческих братьев, пытались связаться, приезжали специально в США с
целью встретиться и обсудить создавшееся положение, но, всё
безрезультатно, поскольку уладить разногласия и сохранить
целостность Церкви не входило в планы этих людей. Поистине, когда Бог
хочет наказать, то прежде отнимает разум. И совесть. Мы сделали то, что
от нас зависит, и теперь подводим определённый итог в этом вопросе,
поскольку дальнейшее наше промедление в применении
предусмотренных канонами мер, может вызвать смущение у верных чад Церкви
Христовой.
"Еретика,
после первого и второго вразумления, отвращайся, зная, что таковой
развратился и грешит, будучи самоосужден" (Тит 3.10-11).
У
раскольников сейчас остаётся только один выход – окончить своё сборище
покаянием, а не бунтом и расколом. Это пока ещё в их силах.

Имели суждение: О действиях и заявлениях Преосвященных Андроника и Софрония и поддерживающих их священнослужителей и мирян после Церковного
Суда.
Постановили:
1. Призвать группу верующих, возглавляемых архиепископами на покое
Андроником и Софронием, прекратить подготовку планируемого
ими неканоничного собрания и распустить так называемую Предсоборную
Комиссию. Предложить им участие в подготовке каноничного Всезарубежного
Собора всей нашей Церкви в соответствии с Положением об РПЦЗ. 2.
Предупредить их, что в случае нераскаянности, в самый
момент начала их беззаконного сборища, которое они ложно именуют
Всезарубежным Собором, священнослужители из их числа будут запрещены в
священнослужении, а монашествующие и миряне отлучены от Святого
Причащения. 3. Заявить, что все иерархические действия архиепископов
Андроника и Софрония, совершенные в нарушение постановления Церковного
Суда о почислении их на покой, недействительны. 4. Подготовить
дополнительное обращение к верующим этой группы. 5. В случае факта
собрания беззаконного сборища уполномочить Председателя
и Секретаря издать указ, по поручению Архиерейского Собора, о запрещении
в священнослужении всех принявших участие в данном сборище архиеереев
РПЦЗ. Правящим архиереям поручается запретить в священнослужении
подведомственных им клириков и отлучить от Причастия
подведомственным им мирян, принявших участие в беззаконном сборище.
На
основании этого Постановления Архиерейского Собора от 25-27 октября
2016 года, архиепископы Андроник и Софроний, как бунтовщики, еретики и
раскольники,
запрещаются в священнослужении. Все утвердившиеся в ереси и расколе
священнослужители также запрещаются в священнослужении, а поддержавшие
их миряне отлучаются от св. Причастия. Соответствующие Указы будут
опубликованы позже.
ROCA: Archbishops Andronik and Sofrony are prohibited from serving
The
schismatics’ conscience did not keep them from continuing with their
dissention as many had hoped; so, notwithstanding, they opened the
gathering of
their parasynagogue, hypocritically calling it "the Sixth All-Diaspora
Council." Actually, they cannot call it otherwise, as they have neither a
Council of Bishops nor a Synod, in as much as they cannot be regarded
as an authoritative (credible, established)
assembly. So they were constrained to call their parasynagogue an
"All-Diaspora Council." If they had to, they would not hesitate, not be
ashamed to call it an "Ecumenical Council". What else can they do? If
necessary, they have to deceive people somehow.
On
our part, we have done everything possible to reach out to their
conscience - we scrutinized the matter at the scheduled Synod, convened
an extraordinary,
unscheduled Synod, discussed it at the Bishops Sobor, made endeavors at
reconciliation through the mediation of our Greek brothers, made
attempts to meet with them, traveled especially to the US with the aim
to meet and discuss the situation,
but all to no avail-
insofar as to resolve our differences and to preserve the integrity of
the Church was not in these people’s plans. Indeed, when God wants to
punish, first He deprives one of
one’s reasoning…and then of one’s conscience. We have done all that we
could. So now we will bring this matter to a decisive conclusion, as any
further delay of ours concerning the application of the measures which
are provided for by the canons, may cause
confusion among the faithful of the Church of Christ.
"A
man that is an heretic after the first and second admonition reject;
Knowing that he that is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of
himself."
(Titus 3:10-11).
For
the schismatics there is now only one way out - to conclude their
assemblage in repentance, and not with a rebellion and schism. It is
still within their power.

the failure to comply to the resolution of the Bishop’s Council of
17-19 May 2016, and the extraordinary unscheduled Bishop’s Council of
19-21 of July
2016, the Church Court № 002 of 21 July 2016 and the Bishop’s Council of
25-27 September 2016, taking into account that the revolt against the
Church is founded on the basis of the false teaching that the Church of
Christ is not One, but divided into “branches”,
or “fragments”, and that a schism, in this manner, in spite of the
teachings of the Holy Fathers, does not consider itself to be a falling
away from the One Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. This declaration
of theirs is a heretical false teaching, pursuant
to the Resolution of the Bishop’s Council 25-27 of October 2016
Henceforth, you are forbidden from serving, being a heretic and schismatic.
