Visit to the Mission of Kenya has been underway since yesterday, for the second
consecutive year, our Reverend Prelate, Bishop Chrysostom, who came with our unflinching
fellow Member Prelate, His Grace Bishop Ambrose of Methoni, accompanied by the [governmental] deputy of the
Embu Diocese.
Along
with this missionary journey, have also come His Eminence
Metropolitan of Piraeus and Salamis, Bishop Gerontios, and Bishop of
Suceava, Sophronius,
[Romania], representing the Church of Romania, and also by the Canon
of our Metropolis, local Priest Michael.
There
was a thrill with positive reflections experienced by visitors, from
there, whose previously arranged appointments already had been made,
both to visit
the nunnery of St. Andrew, and to visit the Orthodox School of
St.Fanourios in the Embu district.
