На мероприятии в котором принимали участие местные коммунисты, участники обсудили персону вождя и исполнили песню "Верните Сталина". The head of Sevastopol Communists, Vasily Parkhomenko, at the meeting spoke about the "achievements" of Stalin and the Soviet Union. Пархоменко отметил, что Сталин "принял страну в руинах, потерял любимую жену, сына, пережил измену друзей, смог проявить железную волю и построить социализм". Parkhomenko noted that Stalin "found a country in ruins, lost his beloved wife and son, survived the betrayal of friends, and he was able to show an iron will and build socialism."
