Since this is posted on our ROCA internetsobor site, it seems that our church trusts the authenticity of this posting,  -that it is untampered with. Of course, we are wise to the general long term propaganda goals of the KGB subservient Stalin founded in 1943 MP and its surrogate daughter, ROCOR/MP- which is: to make their fraudulent case, that they are THE SOLE legitimate & canonical continuation of both The Historical and Canonical Genuine Russian Church -last headed by Holy Confessor Patriarch Tikhon, and that the current Hilarion Kapral lead ROCOR/MP is THE legitimate inheritor of the old free Russian diaspora ROCOR. But of course, we know that both of these premises are false. However, I suspect that by them supplying us with this and various other  ROCOR historical documents, they want us and their followers, to believe that they are THE SOLE legitimate inheritors and representatives of that old free ROCOR- of which they are not. Also, I have noticed their growing propaganda efforts, on the internet, to rewrite post 1917 Russian church history, and to try to raise up Stalin's stooge appointee, traitor illegitimate 'Patriarch' Sergius Stragorodsky, [who co-operated with and participated in the arrests, imprisonments & tortures and deaths by the communists, of many! fellow bishops, priests, and laity, and so as to SAVE HIS OWN NECK!] into the role and status of a mythic heroic Russian national saint....who 'saved the church'. What an enormous and outrageous lie. Sergius was a co-persecutor and co-murderer of the martyrs.The communists also want us to believe, that- 'Stalin saved the nation'.( from what or from whom?...or for whom?). Rd. The ROCOR Studies website in pdf format contains the numbers of the official edition of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia "Church Gazette" for 1922-1930. В издании помещены официальные документы Синода, показывающие положение РПЦЗ в православной мире, статьи и указы Митрополита Антония и множество другой интересной и полезной информации. The publication contains the official documents of the Synod, showing the position of the ROCA in the Orthodox world, the articles and decrees of Metropolitan Anthony and many other interesting and useful information.
