One wonders where this ex-RC priest comes from, and what nationality he is, for one question. It is sad, that he believes that the MP 'church' and this MP 'bishop' are real genuinely  Orthodox, and that thus, he is actually joining himself to the Holy Orthodox Catholic Apostolic Church...which he is NOT! Thus, he has, correctly,  left the Roman Catholic heretics, and now he has joined himself to the apostate  & Sergianist  MP organization.  Which is worse??? Perhaps, he has 'fallen out of the frying pan and directly into the fire'? Sergianism [in essence, the slavish USING of organized religion by evil/indeed atheist  secular powers, to manipulate the hearts and BODIES,  and minds and SOULS of the masses of  Orthodox believers, in order to get them to do...things against the Ten Commandments [ as mass-murderer neo-soviet  dictator Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin,  the real 'head of the MP church',  is currently engaged in, and which his captive MP 'church' blesses, always!], and  against Holy Orthodox teachings],  is worse than all individual other heresies,  as it is full blown satanic apostasy. It is, supplanting the Gospel of Christ, with an earthly COUNTERFEIT  flawed and anti-Christ system of quasi-religion, FALSE CHRISTIANITY, in the service of the evil rulers of this fallen world. Also, I do not remember that added OATH to obey the head, ... 'bishop' [ by which of course the MP, means 'Patriarch'  KGB special theatrical in Patriarch's costume,  agent, Kyrill Gundayev, etc.], as part of the traditional pre-revolutionary conversion oaths, [Russian Church ECONOMIA], or also of this MP 'bishop'  who is here in this video, receiving this former RC priest, in the reception of various people of Christian origin, converts, ...which I also was received & chrismated under. The renunciation of heresies is a central part of it, of course, (but why not also, today,   add, of the arch-heresy of Sergianism?). This sounds like the Sergianist MP's 'spiral of power', in which they use the EXCUSE of 'obedience' to  themselves  as ordained or consecrated clergy,...to lead us astray,   [ which obedience we do indeed owe to God, and to His Holy Church.....and which every bishop and priest also owes his obedience to!...unless they have rebelled against God, and are now in heresy/apostasy   and thus no longer Orthodox clergy!...in which case we no longer MAY obey them nor respect them nor even  take their blessings, but only FLEE THEM!,]  to capture and control people,  and.. also, them 'blessing' us into doing things contrary to the scriptures and to Orthodox norms, etc....indeed,  in real disobedience to GOD! GOD IS NOT FOOLED! So, I feel deep sorrow for all who so ignorantly and foolishly believe in this MP or in other counterfeit  versions of real Orthodoxy. Most of the poor miss-lead fooled but sincere  souls who went along with that 2007 ROCOR betrayal to this MP front 'church' , as also earlier of the old North American Russian Metropolia [ now the 'OCA'),   back in 1970, went along with it, ...and I quote some of them: "because batushka, [their parish priest],  said it was..... alright', or... 'vladyka [ their bishop] said it was..... OK". All of these poor trusting and otherwise pious souls have followed and trusted wolves in sheep's clothing, apostate clergy, to their great spiritual harm. What will these apostate clergy have to give answer for to God, when they leave this world???... how many have they lead to perdition?...At what moment did Divine Grace abandon them? Fundamentally: We Orthodox Christians need to and should,....obey the priests and the bishops, AS LONG THEY  OBEY GOD! Reader Daniel in Oregon P.S. A question:  Is the mere outward and public perfect...performance.... of correct Orthodox prayers and the sacraments, and the externals of the age-old Orthodox worship,  ( the beautiful  church buildings, the beautiful icons and the candles, the sublime choirs, the marvelous bells ringing,  the clouds of sweet incense, the chanting of the clergy and all of the regular and festive church celebrations, etc.,) ...sufficient.... to insure the genuine Orthodox Christian faith?  Do such external rituals, by themselves [ as seems to be the stress in the MP], please God, if our HEARTS are not with. ..not OBEDIENT to God? Viewing this a second time:
   "I promise a non-hypocritical obedience to the , elected by the Holy Spirit, arch-pastor bishop of the Orthodox Church."

And at the end:
"Fr. Constantine soon took the monk oath and now he serves the Orthodox Church as .... a monk-PRIEST".

This highly suggests, that he was never re-ordained as an Orthodox priest, but that the MP just accepted his RC priestly ordination,

as valid. This has also been done here in America, by the worldly-Orthodox jurisdictions, in fact, it seems common, It is called,

 accepting a convert RC 'priest' into Orthodoxy, AS A PRIEST,  ..'by vesting' (presumably after he has renounced heresies and recited the Nicene Creed???).

And then when he con-celebrates his first Orthodox liturgy, with the Orthodox bishop who accepted him, he then DE FACTO, is seen as a valid Orthodox PRIEST.  The 'monk oath' has nothing to do with priesthood.
