NOTE: But in these writings of this great Orthodox saint, are many pearls of deep spiritual wisdom, applicable for all ages,
including our own. In them, we can catch glimpses of early Christian life, trials, and thought....many not really that different
 from our own today.
The translator scholar was not Orthodox, but he seems to have made a faithful and careful accurate translation.
