My comments, quoating an old saying: “They have moved out from the frying pan, directly into the fire!” and why? It seems to me, fundamentally out of the exiled in foreign lands, a Russian person’s nostalgic “Love For Mother Russia”, but an idealized Mother Russia of long ago, not what is existing over there now.
-WHAT MISGUIDED DERRANGED MISGUDGEMENT! -which infects a lot of much of the human race, not only of Russian identity people, but also of Worldly-Orthodoxy, in these Last Times, and indeed of ALL MANKIND.

Laurus (Skurla) when those misguided betrayers LEFT ROCOR AND …THE UNIVERSAL ORTHODOX CHURCH, AND THUS, they, mislead by renegade Laurus Skurla, apostasised from CANONICAL/LEGITIMATE ORTHODOXY, by their apostasy, while he, Bp. Agafangel the valid ROCOR Bishop of Ukraine, Vladyka Agafangel Pashkovsky, ALONE STAYED IN IT, and thus HE ALONE CONTIUNED THE OLD ROCOR’S CANONICAL EPISCOPATE….and he still does, to this very day.
THEY… LEFT THE ROCOR, and also THE UNIVERSAL HOLY ORTHODLX CHURCH, WHILE HE-STAYED IN IT!..i.e. Met. Agafangel STAYED 100% solidly ORTHODOX & Canonically/dutifully OBEDIENT TO ORTHODOX CANONS!
Later on, regretfully, with Moscow’s intrigues and influences, & by bribery & by its many agents here in America and elsewhere, our canonical ROCOR under Met. Agafangel, suffered a huge loss of parishes and clergy, -especially here in North America, and also in Australia,
and also in Russia, because: they gave in to enticements and lies, THE LOVE OF MONEY & PROPERTY-& THE WORDLY POWER THAT GOES ALONG WITH THOSE ATTACHMENTS, and joined themselves to schismatic renegade (deposed) Bishop Andronik Kotlaroff and those influenced by him and his family, and also by slanderously making up false and exaggerated “canonical violations’, supposidly committed by Met. Agafangel-but which were and still are ALL CONCOCTED NONSENCE!. .& preposterous lying slanders, and I have read and studied them all!...WHAT BALONEY!..or as the British say, BALDERDASH!
BUT, now! a number of those…further misguided and very confused, schismatic mostly-Russian clergy and parishes, have given up on Andronik and his Mountain view organization, (FOR SPECIFIC REASONS UNKNOWN TO MYSELF) & bowed to MOSCOW-their “Mother Church’ as they seem to so very foolishly believe, and are thus fleeing HELTER SKELTER LIKE MINDLESS and IRRATIONAL RODENT-LIKE LEMMINGS, BLINDLY FOLLOWING THEIR “FEARLESS” LEADING LEMMING, OVER THE ClIff TO THEIR DOOM & SPIRITUAL DEATHS, to the (Stalin invented in the dark of night, in 1943) enslaved non-free uncanonical and apostate, ‘Moscow Patriarchate’, which is a fake Communist-Front-PRETEND “Russian Church”, and which is totally a puppet of and is controled by the cynical God-mocking ATHIEST-Kremlin, and which obeys KGB Agent, & ACTOR wearing a patriarchal-theatrical costume,…as he is by all evidence….an ATHIEST!...“THE MOST HOLY Patriarch” Kyrill Gundayev…WHO BLESSES THIS MONSTEROUS PUTIN’S GENOCIDAL BLOODY WAR ON UKRAINIANS! …a people of whom, way over 70% are life-long, born, practicing pious ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS!-many of whom are intermarried with Russian spouses.
So, apparently to these poor misguided Andrfonik-schismatic souls, about which this new information has now come to us, they are now, “MAKING PROGRESS”???..but not heaven-wards, but more likely downwards, to Gehenna.
They need to view all of the actual FACTS, and in humility, RETURN FROM THEIR SCHISM, TO OBEDIENCE TO OUR RIGHTFUL ROCOR’S Head, Vladyka METROPOLITAN AGAFANGEL’S GUIDANCE AND BLESSING!...whom they never should have left. Since they went into illegitimate schism, none of their sacraments nor ordinations nor blessings, have been or now are, valid or grace-conveying. They are all deposed and under BAN.
The Kremlin’s Moscow Patriarchate has ZERO spiritual validity!
Such is our upside-down current insane & totally confused world that we all live in!

And a reminder: The very last and totally valid Russian Patriarch, was Holy New Confessor and Martyr, Patriarch TIKHON (BELAVIN) OF THRICE BLESSED MEMORY! and after him, there was not and still is not, any valid Russian Orthodox Patriarch in Moscow, NONE! And all clergy of Stalin’s Moscow Patriarchate, are traitors to Orthodoxy and to Our Lord Jesus Christ, whose source for their theology, is whatever the Kremlin bosses (now headed by dictator Vlad Putin) orders them to say or do, ..i.e. the Neo-Soviet GLOBALIST “Russian-World” THE PARTY-LINE, not at all what Christ teaches in His Holy Gospel.
Thus, only the anti-Communist free Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, (spiritually and canonically linked to the historical and real Russian Orthodox Church, pre-communist takeover of old Russia), headed by our honorable continuing-canonical-ROCOR’s Metropolitan Agafangel (Pashkovsky) continues to /represents the genuine old free, pre-Communist, Orthodox Christian, Russian Church.
All other current “ROCOR SPLINTER GROUPS, schisms claiming to be that old ROCOR..(most of which are rapidly 100% dying off), are in canonical error, and have no episcopal validity, but as neither does the Kremlin’s captive MP in Moscow either.
But let us hear, the specific reasons & excuses EXACTLY WHY these no doubt SINCERE, but poor and misguided and confused laity, Andronik-schismatic people, have now, lead by their clergy, left Andronik’s Schism, and run to Moscow…TELL US WHY!
However, usually, most erroneous illigitimate church schisms occur, because the overly-trusting laity, wrongly AUTOMATICALLY believe and follow BLINDLY whatever their trusted & admired loved, clergy (‘Vladyka’ or ‘Batushka’) tell them…whom they tend to entirely trust and unquestionably obey.
Most if not all of the worst soul and church AND NATION- destroying heresies and destructive schisms in the Universal Orthodox Church, in past centuries,…and STILL NOW TODAY, have been lead and instigated by proud arrogant heresy-preaching, power and worldly money-and riches loving, unrepentant CLERGY, not by the average pious laity…who mostly only FOLLOW them.

BUT, HOW CAN ANY! SINCERE CHRISTIAN!, OF ANY RACE OR NATIONALITY, THESE DAYS, WANT TO PUT THEMSELVES IN ODEDIENCE TO MOSCOW’s KREMLIN-CONTROLED MP Church???- which blesses NAZI-LIKE “sincere Orthodox Christian” Vladimir Vladimirovitch Putin’s fratricidal and genocidal unjust murderous total-war on Ukrainians, men and women, babies and old people??? And which anti-human freedom, USSR hangover corrupt government and ‘church’, sends many thousands of cannon-fodder “expendable” -as if they are not PRECIOUS human beings made in God’s holy Image, but are throw-away sub-human animal trash & rubbish and have no human or spiritual value, those many many Russian boys and men sent and forced to their useless deaths, to go and murder those Ukrainians, in their own homes and cities.
Those who do this, should be ASHAMED TO EVEN CALL THEMSELVES: HUMAN BEINGS! Or “ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS”! SHAME ON YOU! It's not easy to follow Fr. Oleg's reasoning, but from what I can gather, he sees that the Ukraine War caused ROCOR-MP to be less enamored with MP, and so this gives him hope for progress in his "fight from within" against ecumenism.
