В прошедшее воскресенье в бердянской общине РПЦЗ во имя
святителя Иоанна Шанхайского состоялось знаменательное и очень радостное для всех прихожан событие.
Last
Sunday, in the Berdiansky, Ukraine community of our ROCA in the name
of St. John of Shanghai, a significant and very joyful
event for all parishioners took place.
В
этот день по окончании божественной литургии был освящен крест, который должен увенчать приходской храм.
On that day, after the end of the Divine Liturgy, a cross was consecrated, which would crown the parish church.
Крест
был изготовлен неравнодушными и профессиональными людьми на одном из
предприятий города по оригинальному эскизу, созданному сыном настоятеля
Илией Николаевым, благодаря помощи и поддержке замечательных людей,
имена которых знает Господь.
The
cross was made by dedicated and professional people at one of the
city's enterprises according to the original sketch, created
by the son of the rector, Iliya Nikolaev, thanks to the help and
support of other remarkable people whose names the Lord knows.
Сегодня,
2 августа в день памяти пророка Божия Илии,
освященный крест был установлен на крыше храма, как надежный якорь, и
одновременно парус, ведущий всякого, кто этого пожелает, по пути
Христову ко Спасению, сквозь бушующие волны житейского моря.
Today,
on August 2, the day of the memory of the Holy Prophet Elias, the
consecrated cross was installed on the roof of the temple with
a reliable anchor, and at the same time a guiding banner reminding
anyone who so wishes, to go along the way of Christ to Salvation through
the raging waves of the world's sea.
Прихожане
и настоятель храма протоиерей Олег Николаев выражают свою искреннюю
благодарность и добрые пожелания всем, кто принял участие в этом святом и
богоугодном деле.
The parishioners and rector of the church, Protopriest Oleg Nikolaev, express their sincere gratitude and kind wishes to all
who took part in this holy and charitable project.
