tone 7: "When Thou wast transfigured on
the mountain, O Christ our God, revealing Thyself to Thy disciples as
they beheld Thy glory, as much as they were capable; shine forth also on
us who are sinners all, Thy everlasting light, through the prayers of
the Theotokos. O Light-giver, GLORY TO THEE!"
