They twist canons, church history, wrongly use writings and edicts of saints, misapply them, create and spread false slanders,  as with this attempt of them to misapply that famous Ukaz of Holy Patriarch Tikhon, which blessed the initial formation of the Russian Church Abroad, then centered in Karlovtsy Yugoslavia,  -which does not fully en-toto,  apply NOW, in every organizational aspect of it,  as times have greatly changed since that time. The Russian Church Abroad has gone through many developments since that time and date. That is why we have living ruling Orthodox BISHOPS, Apostolic succession-descendants of the 12 Apostles,  who are entrusted by The Church to apply/implement all canons, which Vladyka Metropolitan Agafangel is! and he has  been and still is, The sole canonical head of our continued ROCOR, the church from which these unlawful and ignorant of Orthodoxy, rebels have left and now attack. How are they any better than those who betrayed ROCA to the Moscow MP, in 2007? They have no right, to do or say anything which they are doing or claiming. Most especially, they have no right or legitimate claim for them to be, our ROCOR! SHAME on them all!- Andronik Kotlaroff, Stefan Sabelnik, Sofrony Musienko, and their newest unworthy and pathetic creation, Andrei Erastov, and all who ignorantly and foolishly  follow them. They are all, heresiarchs, wolves in sheep's' clothing, and the church dissemblers which the Apostle Paul warned us all to abandon and flee from. Vladyka Agafangel was USEFUL to them in the past, in blessing and consecrating some of them bishops and others as priests, but now, he is NO GOOD??? How is that possible? Heretics and schismatics, arguing for their split, are choosing for themselves "documentary reasons", while referring to Decree No. 362 of Patriarch Tikhon.  Но Указ №362 никак не позволяет образовывать "Зарубежный Церковный Округ", поскольку со всеми частями Церкви имеется безпрепятственная связь. But Decree No. 362 does not allow them to  form their "Foreign Church District", since with all parts of the Church there is in fact,  in our time now, an unhindered communication. These heretics, as they point out in their resolution, are now in the process of concocting  a new "Provisional Statute of the ROCA", which also suggests that they really are a heretical neo-formation, and not the Russian Church Abroad, from which..... these schismatics want to appropriate our name.
