Стараниями
прихожан и благодаря неравнодушным жертвователям в храме во имя
святителя Иоанна Шанхайского г. Бердянска
(настоятель протоиерей Олег Николаев) практически окончены внутренние
отделочные работы в церковном здании и продолжаются работы по
благоустройству прилегающей территории.
Through the efforts of
the parishioners and thanks to the not indifferent donors in the church
in the name of St. John of Berdiansk (rector Archpriest Oleg Nikolaev),
the interior decoration
works in the church building are almost finished and the landscaping
works are continuing.
С момента посещения
нашей общины летом этого года первоиерархом РПЦЗ митрополитом Агафангелом в храме произошли разительные перемены.
Since the visit to our
community this summer, the first hierarch of the ROCA, Metropolitan
Agafangel, has undergone dramatic changes in the church.
Над входом,
на главном скате крыши был установлен золоченый крест авторской ручной работы.
Above the entrance, on the main roof slope, a gilded cross of author's handwork was installed.
Вход в храм теперь обрамлен красивым кованным навесом, который кроме защиты от осадков выполняет и сугубо эстетическую
функцию.
The entrance to the
temple is now framed by a beautiful forged canopy, which besides
protecting from precipitation performs a purely aesthetic function.
Совсем недавно был установлен и полностью смонтирован деревянный иконостас, изготовленный в г. Хмельницкий специально
для храма святителя Иоанна Шанхайского.
More recently, a wooden
iconostasis, made in Khmelnitsky specially for the temple of St. John of
Shanghai, was installed and completely mounted.
В процессе работы
над иконостасом возникли проблемы с поиском необходимых по размеру икон.
During the work on the iconostasis, there
were problems with finding the necessary icons for the size.
Слава Богу, что на помощь нашему приходу пришли сестры Свято-Иоанновского монастыря.
Thank God that the sisters of St. John's Monastery came to our parish's help.
Они очень быстро откликнулись на эту нужду и теперь наш иконостас украшен замечательными образчиками канонического
иконописного искусства.
They responded very quickly to this need
and now our iconostasis is decorated with remarkable examples of canonical icon painting.
В скором времени будет закончено благоукрашение алтаря храма.
Soon the decoration of the altar of the temple will be finished.
Осталось только дождаться изготовления нового жертвенника, который уже заказан.
It remains only to wait for the manufacture
of the new altar, which has already been ordered.
Кроме внутренних работ немало что сделано и на прилегающей к храму территории: полностью заменена фасадная часть
забора, изготовлены кованые ворота, закончено плиточное мощение пространства вокруг храма.
In
addition to domestic work, much has been
done on the external territory adjacent to the temple: the facade part
of the fence has been completely replaced, forged gates have been made,
the tiling of the space around the temple has been completed.
Общая площадь реконструкции составила около 300 квадратных метров.
The total area of the reconstruction was about 300 square meters.
Разбиты новые клумбы, посажены новые растения, организовано место для отдыха прихожан.
New flowerbeds are planted, new plants are planted, a place for parishioners' rest is organized.
Конечно, это
не все, что хотелось бы сделать.
Of course, this is not all that I would like to do.
Среди ближайших планов прихода главное место отводится строительству панамарки и трапезной, под которые уже сделано
основание.
Among the nearest plans
for the arrival of the main place is given to the construction of a
panamarca and a refectory, under which the foundation has already been
made.
Мы надеемся, что с Божьей помощью, стараниями всех наших помощников и жертвователей приход сможет осуществить эти
планы и воплотит их в жизнь.
We hope that with the help of God, with
the diligence of all our assistants and donors, the parish will be able to realize these plans and implement them.
