Agafangel's comment explanation: The temple of St. Philaret, the first & older smaller church, with its own altar, [on the right hand side with the peeked roof] was originally a house temple. Then later, a larger more spacious proper church was added to it/joined together with the new structure dedicated to  St. John Maksimovich. Thus, the current unified temple building was formed, in which there are two parts, -each with its own altar, and the entire building, consecrated in honor of the two saints of ROCOR: St. Philaret of New York and St. John Maximovitch. Today, the memory of our third First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, Metropolitan Filaret (Voznesensky), and in his section/older small original house church,  consecrated in his honor, the Divine Liturgy was performed., on that altar, by Fr.
