Their publication, The Shepherd, is a compilation of spiritually edifying lives and writings of saints, church history, and other beneficial Orthodox information. As is our canonical ROCA, the GOC is a traditionalist, anti-ecumenist and anti-Sergianist church, preserving the Sacred Traditions of Holy Orthodoxy, including the sanctified Orthodox Church Calendar. It is well worth reading. The relics of the King of England, Saint Edward the Martyr are venerated in the Shrine Church. Please remember us in your prayers as we prepare for the feast of Saint Edward this coming Friday evening and Saturday.  His Grace Bishop Ambrose, as most of you will know, will be with us for that feast and staying over for the Sunday services as well.
