On April 24, the regular scheduled session of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia began its work at the Odessa center of the Synod of Bishops, in Ukraine. В работе Синода приняли участие его члены: Высокопреосвященнейший митрополит АГАФАНГЕЛ (Председатель Синода), Преосвященнейший ГЕОРГИЙ, архиепископ Кишиневский и Молдавский (Секретарь Синода), Преосвященнейший АФАНАСИЙ, епископ Вологодский и Великоустюжский, Преосвященнейший КИРИЛЛ, епископ Воронежский и Южно-Российский, а также, по приглашению, Преосвященнейший АНФИМ, епископ Басарабский. The Synod is being attended by its members: His Eminence Metropolitan Agafangel (Chairman of the Synod), His Grace George, Archbishop of Chisinau and Moldavia (Secretary of the Synod), His Grace, AFANASY, Bishop of Vologda and Veliky Ustyug, His Grace Kirill, Bishop of Voronezh and South-Russia, and, on invitation, His Eminence ANFIM, Bishop of Bessarabia. Члены Синода Преосвященнейший ГРИГОРИЙ, епископ Сан-Паулский и Южно-Американский и Преосвященнейший НИКОН, епископ Ишимский и Сибирский приняли участие в работе Синода по скайпу. Other episcopal members of the Synod: of the Right Reverend GREGORY, Bishop of Sao Paulo and South America, and His Grace, NICON, Bishop of Ishim and Siberia, took part in the work of the Synod, via Skype. В составлении Протокола и Журналов принял участие Помощник Секретаря Синода протоиерей Сергий Бегашов.   Assistant Secretary of the Synod, Archpriest Sergiy Begashov, took part in helping drafting the Protocol/format  of the sessions, and the Journal-records/decisions.
