"I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord! We shall stand in thy courts, O Jerusalem!"
A
recollection of some of the photos and memories of the history of
this ROCA women's sisterhood and Monastery of St. John of Shanghai and
San Francisco, from their formative early days in Ishim, Siberia, to
their present locale, in the village of Egorovka, near Odessa, Ukraine.
It is a mixture of past and recent views,
people and events. It is narrated in Russian, and mostly, by Mother
Abbess Alexandra, the foundress.
*One can also view Parts 1 and 2, which follow this part 3.
For those who do not understand Russian, the photos alone, are well worth
viewing, in all 3 parts.
