From March 20 to March 21, the traditional meeting of the clergy in Great Lent and the diocesan meeting of the Odessa diocese took place in the Odessa Diocesan House. At the Divine Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts, at the Entrance with the Gospel, Metropolitan Agafangel, for his efforts to restore the Intercession/Pokrov Church in the city of Malin, damaged by a Russian shell, awarded its rector, Archpriest Georgy Storozhitsky, the right to wear a Palitza (“club”), liturgical addition to his priestly vestment.
