The parishes that previously belonged to Archpriest Gregory Williams and the mission to Haiti, with the blessing of the Synod of Bishops of the ROCA and the Decree of the ruling bishop, [Bishop Gregory (Petrenko) of Sao Paulo and South America,]: + Gregory Bishop of Sao Paulo and South America (*Temporarily administering the North American and Canadian Dioceses),  were transferred to the care of the GOC of Greece, due to the impossibility of their full-time nourishment/support/administration  by our Synod.
