Priest Anatoly Shchabelsky was entrusted with the care of the community of St. Paisius the Great in Bergheim, Germany, of the Western European Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, as well as serve in other parishes of the Western European Diocese and minister to ROCOR parishioners on the territory of the diocese.
