Today, May 10, 2021, at 16:00, after a serious illness, passed away to the Lord Bishop of Nikopol VICTOR (Bulgarian Old Calendar Church) Everlasting memory! BIOGRAPHY In the world Konstantin Vankov Todorov, born March 9/22, 1961 in the mountains. Haskovo. Education: Master of Philosophy, 1987, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Since 2002, he was the secretary of the Primate of the Bulgarian Orthodox Old Calendar Church of the Triadsky Bishop (from February 6/22, 2016, Metropolitan) Photius. At the same time, he is the secretary of the Church Council of the Bulgarian Orthodox Old Calendar Church, which he joined in 1993. Spiritual child of Bishop Photius since 1993. He tonsured him as a reader on 20.12.2010 / 2.01.2011, then into monasticism on 7 / 20.05-2016, ordained him as a hierodeacon on 21.11 / 4.12-2017. and then as a hieromonk/priest on November 27 / December 10, 2017. Elected and named by the Synod of Bishops of the Bulgarian Orthodox Old Calendar Church as vicar bishop of Metropolitan Photius of Triaditsky on May 12/25, 2019.  Hieromonk Victor was ordained bishop with the title Bishop of Nikopolis on May 13/26, 2019 by the following bishops: Metropolitan Photius of Triaditsky, Primate of the Bulgarian Orthodox Old Calendar Church (BPSTs), Metropolitan Agafangel of New York and North America, Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, (TOC Metropolitan Gerontius of Salamis, Church of True Orthodox Christians in Greece (TsIPCHG), Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Atika and Viotic (TsIPCH), Of Chisinau and Moldavia,  Archbishop George (ROCOR), GOC Bishop Auxentius of Etna and Portland, Bishop GOC of Greece, Clement of Gardikia (TsIPHG), Of Voronezh and South Russia, Bishop Kirill (ROCOR) and by Of Bessarabia, now reposed Bishop Anfim (ROCOR).
