Many of the best of the Russian youths are fleeing their native country , ONLY because of Putin and his terrible wicked war against Ukraine, -largely the better & more highly educated and most intelligent and most moral ones, those that any normal & democratic nation should want to seek to encourage to freely WANT to stay, to build up and improve its peaceful national FUTURE and for its progress, economically and in all normal fields of human peaceful endeavors.
