On November 1, at the age of 92, the Mitred Archpriest Vladimir Shlenev passed away to the Lord

Fr Vladimir took care of our parishes in Argentina, as well as in Paraguay and Uruguay.

Everlasting memory!

     Not so long ago, we celebrated the 90th anniversary of the venerable, kind Father and wished him many more years to serve God and people. Two days ago, during the Liturgy, they prayed for the gravely ill Archpriest Vladimir. Well - the will of God ... Seeing with what sadness the flock part with the good shepherd, we can definitely say that he has faithfully fulfilled his duty. God-given talent is not buried in the ground and for this, of course, will receive well-deserved rewards from above.

Whole epochs pass one after another. Our ranks are thinning. The losses are irreplaceable, but where is the change?

     Eternal memory to dear, ideological, unyielding newly reposed Archpriest Vladimir. May he inspire by the example of his life new workers in the church field

     Father Vladimir was hospitalized with pneumonia, but no covid was found. After a while he was discharged, but, obviously, they did not complete the treatment. On Saturday (two days ago) he was again admitted to the hospital. There he died. Kingdom of heaven!
